War and Peace

Hear the words I sing,
War's a horrid thing,
But still I sing, sing, sing,
Ding a ling a ling.
by Private S Baldrick

Joan of Arc
Got up in the dark
And put her foot in the Po
Oh bugger she said
Connecting with the bed
Dislocating her big toe
How can I lead France
When I lead such a dance?
Her tears were beginning to flow
To hell with le Brits
They're all a lot of shits
So now we'll give them a go
So she led the French Army
Half of whom were barmy
Then a terrible blow
How was she to know
The Brits beat the frogs
Who got stuck in the bogs
Joan's end was dire
The Brits set her on fire

I think this is where we all stroke our beards and say "wow... that's deep". :)

Btw, CK got me the entire DVD set of Band of Brothers for Christmas... we'll have to watch it together sometime as it's a really awesome mini-series.

Infact mr moll. I'm also going to enforce a group watching of the entire dvd collection of Band of Brothers as I too am fortunate enough to be recieving it this Christmas. Anyway.

Like the post. I also like British humour.

i got bored with your silly poems and started skipping lines.

i guess that's what happens when you're indifferent towards french people.

however, i WOULD like to add, "freedom fries forever."

news flash, chips(fries) are not french, they're of belgian origin as a matter of fact. So changing the name to freedom fries is a silly waste of time.

hey Christy, that could well have been me appearing as santa, it's something i've been doing recently. It's lots of fun, but rather warm.

Freedom Fries, French Fries, Belgian Fries? Really! THEY'RE CHIPS!!!

And Rich and BJ, some Band of Brothers fun would be excellent.

I'll try to cut back on the insults rich, but the americans make it hard for me to do that cause they're such easy targets. I hope you have a good christmas as well rich.

Andy, I agree with you wholeheartedly they are CHIPS!
